WORKING PROCEDURE (CIF)
1. Buyer issues the following documents:
a) ICPO to Seller with targeting price
b) Company Profile
c) Client Information Sheet (CIS)
d) Bank Clearance Letter (BCL)
e) Tank Storage Agreement (TSA)
d) Authorized to Verify (ATV) issued by your storage/ shipping company.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract to Buyer: Buyer initially returns the signed contract to Seller.
3. Seller confirms final contract to Buyer as countersigned under acceptance to terms, shall
submit General license, Registration Certificate and Notarized Commitment Letter to
Supply the Product to Buyer.
4. Buyer's bank, within 6 working days, issues Pre-advice (MT 199) swift to Seller's
nominated bank. The Seller’s bank responds the swift on readiness to receive buyer's
instrument, upon which, Buyer's Bank shall issue DLC-MT700.
Failure to issue Pre-Advise (MT199 / DLC MT700) swift by Buyer's bank within agreed
timeline will lead to project termination or shall require the Buyer to re-apply allocation
by timeline extension of initial operations (at Buyer's cost. i.e.: €253,760, "Two Hundred
Fifty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Euros").
5. Seller's bank responds with contractual 2% PB. while. seller shall simultaneously submit
confirmable shipping schedule and set of Full PPOP documents below to buyer / buyer's
bank within seventy-two (72) hours:
a) Copy of License to Export. Issued by the Ministry of Energy.
b) Copy of Approval to Export, Issued by Ministry of Justice,
c) Dip test Authorization (DTA).
d) Copy of the Refinery commitment to produce the Product.
e) Copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
f) Copy of the Port Storage Agreement.
g) Copy of the CPA. to Transport the Product to Discharge Port.
h) Vessel Q88 - NOR / ETA
1) Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate [ATPCCI.
j) Copy of SGS Report (Done at loading port).
k) Certificate of Origin
6. Shipment commences according to booked agreed schedule. Upon successful
confirmation of quality and quantity at destination port. buyer makes payment by MT103
or TT-wire.
7. Seller, within Seventy-two (72) hours, pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in
the transaction.
